BUSINESS CASE

With the lead of Professors from the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences in Germany, the case was developed to raise the awareness of healthcare stakeholders such as managers about the significance and potential of digital health for business growth, patient satisfaction, and employee productivity, and to invest in the digital competences of low-skilled healthcare personnel. The case provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of digitalization in healthcare, specifically focusing on the care provided to the elderly. It outlines the existing gaps in digital competencies among professional caregivers and proposes a detailed strategy for addressing these gaps

TRANSNATIONAL REPORT

Building on the insights gathered from the national reports, the Transnational Report synthesizes the findings to present a comprehensive overview of the digital training needs across Lithuania, Austria, Germany, Greece and Italy. The report identifies common themes, challenges, and opportunities, offering a broader perspective on how digital technologies can be effectively integrated into the care sector at a European level.

DIGIHEALTH E-COURSE

The course offers an online learning platform tailored to the specific requirements of care assistants and home helpers based on the research done within the project. The course covers a range of topics essential for leveraging technology in care, including basic digital literacy, the use of digital tools in healthcare settings, and the application of digital solutions for patient care and management. The E-Course is designed to be self-paced, allowing users to enhance digital skills without disrupting work schedules.
